This service allows you to manage the day to day running and administration of your property, whilst allowing us to find you a suitable tenant. We will ensure that everything possible is done to quickly and effectively find a tenant for your property.
We advertise your property on our web site: www.LetUsLetIt.com and on 'rightmove'
We advertise the property in our local newspaper advertisement.
Enquiries to the office can be referred to you or we can arrange and carry out viewings on your behalf.
We will carry out reference checks if you do not wish to do them yourself.
You may wish to issue your own Tenancy Agreement, but ours is available if you would rather take the stress free option, we can also issue section a 21 notice on your behalf if you require one.
We provide details of safety regulations - gas and electrical certificates, furniture & furnishings requirements
As you can see this service is flexible and our charges will reflect the level of support you want us to provide.
