For those Landlords who are closer to home or who have local contacts we offer our full marketing, tenant referencing and rent collection service and prepare all the legal paperwork. However the Tenant has your contact details and deals with you direct regarding the general day to day management of the property.
This service is offered at a discounted rate on our normal commission rates, please contact us to discuss options.
