Many of our clients wish to have minimal involvement in letting their property and so hand over the day to day running to us. This means they don't have to deal with the time consuming complexities of managing a property, the problems that can occur,and any time of the day or night calls from their tenants.
We have the support of our own in-house professional maintenance team including electricians, plumbers and heating engineers and a dedicated and loyal support network of painters and decorators, carpenters, general builders, gardeners, locksmiths, cleaners, domestic appliance engineers, carpet cleaners and carpet fitters who support us in caring for homes as though they were our own.
Our fully comprehensive day to day management service includes;
Rent collection and payment.
Preparation of financial statements.
Maintenance management including liasing with tenants, landlords and contractors to arrange estimates, get jobs done and pay any maintenance bills.
Quarterly property inspections while occupied with written reports to landlords.
Weekly property inspections while empty.
Forwarding post to Landlords.
Preparation of quarterly returns to the Inland Revenue for non-resident landlords.
Co-ordination of insurance claims if necessary and organisation of repairs subject to the consent of the Insurance Companies.
All of the above services can be adapted to suit individual landlords and their needs.
