Marketing Your Property
On obtaining your written consent we can then begin to market your property to prospective tenants. Our marketing services include:
Prominent advertising on 'Rightmove' the leading search engine for the property sector.
Regular and prominent advertising in local publications.
Your property details will be photographed and listed with full descriptions on our website LetUsLetIt.com.
Applicant screening and interviewing, accompanied viewings and negotiation of tenancy details.
Securing a Successful Letting
On securing an acceptable tenant we obtain and check references and arrange all legal and financial paperwork. We also:
Arrange for an inventory and schedule of condition to be carried out.
Check tenants into the property (when possible).
Transfer utilities into tenants names.
Deal with any initial issues that the tenants raise.
Prepare and lodge Assured shorthold tenancy deposits with the Deposit Protection Service.

End of Tenancy
Arrange final property check out report, including schedule of condition and inventory.
Report on works to be carried out to re-let the property.
Arrange for works to be carried out as agreed with the landlord.
Ensure meters are read and that the relevant utility companies are advised.
Arrange for any final cleaning, including carpets.
Agree the allocation and repayment of the deposit with the DPS.
